The Virginian Pilot June 18, 1960
Mrs. Nellie Lee Davis, 68, widow of Benjamin Ernest Davis and daughter of John 
J. and Mrs. Sarah Lambert Frizzell, died in a Norfolk hospital Friday at 4 p.m.
She is survived by a son Ernest Linwood Davis, of Norfolk County; three 
brothers, Bigelow Frizzell, Arthur Frizzell and Roland Frizzell, all of Norfolk; 
two sisters, Mrs. Lola Craig and Mrs. Minnie Dietrick, also of Norfolk.
Mrs. Davis was a native of Norfolk County and had been a resident of Norfolk and 
Princess Anne County all of her life.
A funeral service will be conducted at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Sunday at 2 
p.m. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park.
