Virginian Pilot Friday October 12, 1900
The funeral of Mrs. Mary M. Davis, who died at her home, corner of Virginia and 
Sharp streets, Wednesday evening about 10 o'clock, was conducted from the 
residence yesterday afternoon at 4 o'clock by Rev. W.A. Slaymaker, pastor of 
Armstrong Memorial Presbyterian Church.  The remains were interred in Magnolia 
Cemetery.  The deceased was 41 years old and had been in declining health for 
several years.
