NORFOLK - Beulah P. Davis, 63, of the 1300 block of Kempsville Road went home to 
be with the Lord on Sept. 9, 2011. She was born to the late John P. Davis Sr. 
and Velma Davis of Norfolk and was a lifelong member of Bank St. Memorial 
Baptist Church. She is predeceased by two brothers, John P. Davis Jr. and Milton 
Davis.

She is survived by one brother, Isaac Davis (Catherine) of Chesapeake; three 
sisters, Florence Ferguson (Scott) of Chesapeake, Jane Davis of Manassas, Va., 
and Alexina Hairston of Falls Church, Va.; one aunt, Lena Davis of Virginia 
Beach; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 16, at Bank St. Memorial 
Baptist Church, 7036 Chesapeake Blvd., Norfolk, followed by interment in Calvary 
Cemetery in Norfolk. The family will receive visitors from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday, 
Sept. 15 at Riddick Funeral Home, 1225 Norview Ave., Norfolk. Donations can be 
made to the United Cerebral Palsy.
