Virginian Pilot September 3, 1986

Percell Duke Davis Jr. of the 6200 block of Linwood Ave., a former sandblaster, 
died Aug. 30, 1986, in his home.
Mr. Davis, a Norfolk native, had worked at Norfolk Naval Shipyard for two years.  
He was a member of First Calvary Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Lavern Davis; two daughters, Leisa Green and Katina 
Green; three sons, Johnny Green, Percell Davis III and Rodger Green; his father, 
Percell Davis Sr., two sisters, Mary Davis and Arvella Davis; a brother, Carl A. 
Davis; and his stepmother, Viola Davis, all of Norfolk; and seven grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Graves Funeral Chapel.  Burial 
will be Magnolia Cemetery.  The family will meet at 1105 Holt St.
