Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - June 4, 1992
Lois Hodges Eure Daw, 96, of the 7500 block of Honeysuckle Road, died June 2, 
1992, in a nursing home. 
Mrs. Daw was born in the Great Bridge section of Chesapeake. She was the widow 
of Ernest Daw. 
Survivors include two daughters, Ann E. Veazey of Oberlin, La., and Lois E. 
McDonald of Norfolk; three sons, Delman H. Eure of Richmond, Samuel Q. Eure of 
Virginia Beach and Ira E. Eure of Thousand Oaks, Calif.; seven grandchildren; 
and five great-grandchildren. 
The graveside service will be conducted at noon Friday in Elmwood Cemetery by 
the Rev. James W.H. Sell. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, 
is handling arrangements.
