Virginian-Pilot July 1, 1976
NORFOLK-Mrs. Helen Cullipher Dawson, 60, of 3011 Racine Ave., a former employee of 
Hofheimer’s Shoe Store in Portsmouth, died Wednesday morning in a hospital.
She was a native of Norfolk.
Survivors include a son, John L. Dawson, and two brothers, Thomas W. Cullipher and 
Harry B. Cullipher, all of Norfolk; and four grandchildren.
A funeral will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater 
Drive Chapel, by the Rev. Daniel D. Dickenson. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery
The family will be at the home of a brother, 2717 Spruce St.
