The funeral of Miss Mary E. Dawson took place at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon from
her late residence, in Brambleton Ward, and was conducted by Rev. J.J. Hall,
D.D. of the Park Avenue Baptist Church.  The interment was in Elmwood, the
following being the pall-bearers:  M.B. Day, C. Clair, William Coxey, Henry
Fentress, James Efferson and J.B. Clubb.
