Virginian Pilot Tuesday January 14, 1908

The funeral of James B. Day, who died at his home in Walnut street early Sunday 
morning, was conducted from the residence yesterday morning at 11 o'clock.  Rev. 
M.L. Bryant, pastor of Main Street Christian Church, officiated.
The remains were laid to rest in Magnolia Cemetery.  The deceased leaves a widow.  
He had been ill several years.
