PHILLIP GEORGE DECKER - The body of Phillip George Decker, who drowned Tuesday off 
the French Moroccan coast, will be taken from the residence, 1010 West 38th 
Street, to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, for funeral services tomorrow at 10 
a.m.  Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.  Rosary services will be held at the 
residence tonight at 7:30 p.m.
