She was a native of Wilkes-Barre, Pa., and a resident of Norfolk for most of her life. She was the daughter of the late Anthony and Anjul Thomas Shiner. She was the widow of Wilson Samuel Decker and was preceded in death by her sons, Gerald Leo Decker and Cameron Anthony Decker. She was a Roman Catholic and a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, the 3rd Order of St. Francis and the Sons and Daughters of Lebanon. Survivors include her daughter, Corinne D. Harr and her husband, Russell of Norfolk; her sister, Betty Gazari of Bayonne, N.J.; nine grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; five stepgreat-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. The funeral Mass will be celebrated in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church Wednesday at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Joseph H. Metzger III. Burial will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk chapel. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
