Decker, 60, a native of Norfolk, died Monday in his home at 1158 Larchmont Crescent. Mr. Decker had retired from a civil service job. He was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus. He was a member of Sons and Daughters of Lebanon and its board of directors. He had graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University. Survivors include two sisters, Marguerite Nichols of Alexandria and Lillian Cornett of Virginia Beach, and four brothers, Frank E. Decker, Melvin P. Decker and Alfred M. Decker, all of Norfolk, and Robert R. Decker of Purcellville, Va. A Joyful Mass of the Resurrection will be offered at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church by the Rev. Thomas Nee. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. A Christian wake service will be held at 7 p.m. today in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk. DEATHS DECKER, CHARLES F. - In his home, 1158 Larchmont Crescent, Norfolk, Monday, Charles F. Decker, son of the late Elias M. and Mrs. Celiney Alexander Decker, in the 61st year of his age.
