Virginian-Pilot  December 11, 1949
ELIAS MIKE DECKER, 59, husband of Mrs. Celiney Alexander Decker, a native of 
Lebanon and a resident of Norfolk for many years, died at the residence, 1058 West 
42nd Street, last night at 10 o'clock.

Besides his wife, he is survived by six sons, Frank Ellis, George Mike, Charles 
F., Melvin P., Alfred and Robert Richard Decker; three daughters, Misses Louise, 
Lillian and Marguerite Decker; three grandchildren; one brother, Joseph M. Decker, 
and a sister, Mrs. George John, all of Norfolk.

The body was taken to the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments.

DEATHS

ELISA MIKE DECKER - The body of Mr. Decker, who died Saturday night, will be taken 
from the residence, 1058 West 42d Street, to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for 
funeral services today at 9:30 a.m.  Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
