Virginian-Pilot  June 27 & 28, 1930
Sam M. Decker, age 41, died at a local hospital yesterday afternoon at 4:15 
o'clock.  Besides his wife, Mrs. Marie Decker, he is survived by one daughter, 
Cecelia Decker; five sons, Wilson, George, James, Mitchell and Philip Decker; one 
sister, Mrs. George Barcat, and two brothers, Joseph M. and Elias Decker.  Remains 
will be taken from the residence, 1083 West Forty-second Street, to Blessed 
Sacrament Catholic Church for funeral services tomorrow morning at 11:30 o'clock.  
Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.

Sam M. Decker - Remains of Mr. Decker, whose death occurred Thursday at a local 
hospital, will be taken from the residence, 1083 West Forty-second Street, to 
Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for funeral services tomorrow afternoon at 3 
o'clock.  Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
