NORFOLK - Jimmie P. Decker, 67, of 1064 Cambridge Crescent, a Norfolk native, died 
Tuesday in a hospital.

Mr. Decker was the owner of J. P. Decker Painting Contractors.  He was a member of 
Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Elks Lodge 38 and Portsmouth Moose Lodge 898.

Survivors include a sister, Cecelia D. Harrod of Virginia Beach; and two brothers, 
Sam Decker and Mitchell Decker, both of Norfolk.

A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Thursday in Blessed 
Sacrament Catholic Church by the Rev. Thomas Nee.  Burial will be in St. Mary's 
Cemetery.  A wake will be held at 7 p.m. today in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 
Norfolk, where the family will be after the service.

DEATHS

DECKER, JIMMIE P. - In a Norfolk hospital, Tuesday, Jimmie P. Decker, in the 67th 
year of his age.  A Joyful Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Thursday at 2 
p.m. in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.  Burial in St. Mary's Cemetery.  H.D. 
Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk, has charge.
