He was a son of Samuel Mike and Marie Coury Decker. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Margaret Shiner Decker; two sons, Gerald Leo Decker and Cameron Anthony Decker; a daughter, Mrs. Rodney F. Rockwell; three brothers, Jimmy Peter Decker, Mitchell S. Decker and Sam Philip Decker; a sister, Mrs. Ralph Harrod; and two grandchildren. All are of Norfolk. A rosary service will be said in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments tonight at 8:30. A funeral service will be held in Sacred Heart Catholic Church Tuesday at 9:30 a.m., with burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
