Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark April 1, 1914

Mrs. Bridget Dee, widow of Daniel Dee of this city, died at the residence, No. 928 
Virginia Street last night at 9 o'clock, after a lingering illness. Mrs. Dee, who 
was a native of Ireland and a resident of Norfolk for forty years was well known 
and highly esteemed. She is survived by her daughter, Miss Mollie C. Dee of this 
city. The funeral will take place Friday morning at 11 o'clock from St. Mary's 
Church, of which Mrs. Dee was a devoted member. The interment will be in St. 
Mary's Cemetery.
