NORFOLK — Mrs. Amanda Fay Delaney, 73, widow of William Delaney and daughter of 
James and Mrs. Anna McCall, died Monday in Detroit.
A native of Kentucky and a resident of Norfolk 30 years, she lived five years in 
Detroit.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Anthony Caffrey of Detroit; a son, William Delaney 
of Falls Church, Va.; a sister, Mrs. Marie LeMaster of Wheelersburg, Ohio; and 
three granddaughters.
The body will be sent to H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, from which it will be 
taken to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for a funeral service Saturday at 11 
a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
