The Virginian-Pilot, Monday, October 11, 1965

NORFOLK - George Deloatch of 727 Lincoln St. died Saturday in a Norfolk 
hospital.

A native of Surry County, he was a son of Moses and Mrs. Sallie Deloatch and the 
husband of Mrs. Margaret Deloatch. He was a retired shortshoreman of Local 1458.

Surviving, besides his widow, are five sisters, Mrs. Fannie Allen of Chester, 
Pa., Mrs. Helen Smith of New York, Miss Maggie Deloatch of Baltimore, Mrs. Viola 
Taylor of Suffolk and Mrs. Minnie Rooks of Washington.

The body is at Graves Funeral Home.
