Virginia Beach - Ernest Jordon Denson, "Ernie," entered Eternal Life on Sunday, 
April 17, 2016 at the age of 77 years. He was born on August 6, 1938, in Virginia 
to the late Alfred Lee Denson, Sr. and the late Catherine (formerly Burrell) Gray. 
Ernie worked for many dedicated years as a bus driver for the Hampton Roads Public 
Transit System. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his 
brother Alfred Denson Jr. and brother John Denson. Left to cherish Ernie's memory 
are his wife of 47 years, Bertha (formerly Karolski) Denson; son, Ernest Rodney 
Denson; sister, Eleanor Harrison; sister, Catherine Suban; sister, Mary Jantti; 
sister, Irene Isidoro; brother, John Gray; sister, Christine Jarvis; sister, 
Brenda Brockman; many nieces nephews, other relatives, and friends. A private
