Virginian Pilot August 15, 1983

Fred Joseph Denuccio, 59, of 841 Kempsville Road, a native of Cincinnati who 
lived in this area since 1961, died Saturday in Virginia Beach. He was the 
husband of Rose Riportella Denuccio.
He was a retired Navy master chief petty officer with 30 years of service. He 
was active in racquetball and handball.
Other survivors include five sisters, Gene Gross of Fallbrook, Calif., Mary Lou 
Jorden of Altadena, Calif., Phyliss Bower of Riverwoods, Ill., Carmen Roberts of 
Cincinnati and Jo Ann Singleton of St. Petersburg, Fla.; and two brothers, John 
Denuccio of Arleta, Calif. and Jerome Denuccio of Encino, Calif.
Arrangements are incomplete at Hollomon-Brown and Snellings Funeral Home, Great 
Bridge Chapel. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.

A memorial service for Fred Joseph Denuccio, 59, who died Saturday, will be held 
at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Hollomon-Brown and Snellings Funeral Home, Great Bridge 
Chapel, by the Rev. Reid Digges. Memorial donations may be sent to the American 
Heart Association.
