DERRICKSON, JAMES W., SR. — At a local hospital, Friday, January 11, 1963, at 9:30 
a.m., JAMES W. DERRICKSON SR., husband of Mrs. Emily Whitehead Taylor Derrickson, 
and son at the late J. Walter and Mrs. Nancy Emeline Blades Derrickson, in the 
76th year of his age. Remains will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral 
Apartments to Christ and St. Luke’s Episcopal Church for a funeral service Sunday 
at 3:30 o’clock. Friends of the family are invited to attend. Interment, Elmwood 
Cemetery.
