Norfolk Ledger Dispatch  April 22, 1912

DESTEFANO - Suddenly at the residence, No. 420 Church Street, Sunday, April 21, 
1912 at 7 o'clock a.m., FELICE DESTEFANO, widow of Louis DeStefano, aged 75 
years.
Funeral services at St. Mary's Catholic Church TUESDAY MORNING at 10:00 o'clock. 
Friends of the family are invited to attend.

Mrs. Felice DeStefano, widow of Louis DeStefano, died suddenly at her residence, 
No. 420 Church Street, at 7 o'clock a.m. yesterday, aged 75 years.  She was a 
native of Italy, but had resided in Norfolk twenty-one years, where she was well 
known. She is survived by two sons and three daughters.  She was a member of St. 
Mary's Catholic Church, from which her funeral will be held at 10 o'clock 
Tuesday morning.

The funeral of Mrs. Felice De Stefano, widow of Louis De Stefano, was held at 
St. Mary's Catholic church at 10 o’clock a.m. yesterday and was largely 
attended. The floral tributes were handsome. Requiem mass was celebrated by Rev. 
Father J. A. Kelliher, during which Mrs. James Hughes sang “Jesus, Savior of My 
Soul.” The interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
Following were the pallbearers: M. Ruguein, S. Negro, A. Penello, A. Casolaro, 
G. Montagua, M. Lascara, F. Penello and P. Contrada.
