Norfolk Ledger Dispatch October 10, 1918

DETTERMAN - At U. S. Naval Hospital, Annapolis, Md., Sunday October 6, 1918, at 
8:55 o'clock a.m., ANTHONY G. DETTERMAN, son of Nicholas J. and Mary Detterman, 
in the 26th year of his age.
Funeral services private, at the residence, 1820 Claiborne Avenue, FRIDAY 
afternoon at 3 o'clock.

The funeral of Anthony G. Detterman took place at the residence Friday 
afternoon, attended by military honors. Monsignor O'Farrell conducted the 
services. Burial was in St. Mary’s cemetery.
