Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Saturday, April 25, 1992 
Elizabeth Dew of the 900 block of Bagnall Road, a retired nurses' aide, died
April 22, 1992, in a hospital.

Mrs. Dew was born in Sampson County, N.C. She had retired from Sentara Norfolk
General Hospital after 28 years. She was a member of Antioch Missionary Baptist
Church and Brambleton Senior Citizens Club. She was the widow of James Dew.

Survivors include two daughters, Fannie Geddie of Dunn, N.C., and Lucy McDonald
of Philadelphia; two sons, Hubert McLean and Benjamin McLean, both of Dunn; 25
grandchildren and 43 great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 2:15 p.m. Tuesday in Antioch Missionary Baptist
Church by the Rev. I. Joseph Williams. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . The
family will assemble at 1:30 p.m. in Hale Funeral Home for the procession.
