Virginian Pilot and Norfolk Landmark March 2, 1918



Mrs. Mary Rowe Dewine, wife of Edward J. Dewine, died yesterday morning at 3:15 
o'clock at the home of her son, George C Moser, Brentwood apartments, Maury 
Place and Colley Avenue. She was 51 years of age and was formerly Mrs. George 
C. Moser. She is survived by her husband, a daughter, Mrs. A.M. Brownley, and 
two sons, John L. and Philip B. Moser, all of Norfolk, and several 
grandchildren. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. The funeral 
will be held at the residence of Mr. Moser at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon. Rev. 
S.N. Hutchison, D.D. officiating. Interment in Elmwood.
