Dey, aged 77 years, widow of William T. Dey, and daughter of the late James T. and Mrs. Susan Stokes Borum, a native of Portsmouth, and for the past 50 years a resident of Norfolk, died at 9:35 o'clock yesterday morning at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. C.W. Harrell, Jr., No. 6 Huntington Apartments, 1009 Brandon avenue. Mrs. Dey was a member of Epworth M.E. Church, of the board of stewards of Epworth M.E. Church, and of the Circle of Love, King's Daughters. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. J.A. Baker, of Washington, D.C.; Mrs. S.D. Shemwell, of New York, and Mrs. C.W. Harrell, Jr., of Norfolk; one son, William T. Dey, of Miami, Fla., five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services will be held at H.D. Oliver's Funeral Apartments, 610-612 East Freemason street, tomorrow at 12 o'clock noon, with the Rev. B.M. Persinger, pastor of Epworth M.E. Church, officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
