Dey, father of City Chairman, W.W. Dey, died at the latter's residence, 199 Freemason Street, last night at 12 o'clock. For a long time he had been engaged in the tailoring business. Chairman Dey has the sympathy of a large circle of friends in his sudden bereavement. No funeral arrangements have been made yet. *********** DEY - Suddenly at the residence of his son, Captain W.W. Dey, 199 Freemason Street, at 11:15 p.m., LEWIS C. DEY, In the 79th year of his age.
