Virginian-Pilot December 6, 1907
The funeral service of Thomas H. Diggs, whose death occurred at Ocean View early 
this week, took place at 3 o’clock yesterday afternoon at the grave in Elmwood 
cemetery, Norfolk. Rev. R. H. Maxey, pastor of the Central Methodist Episcopal 
church, in this city, conducted the service.
Mr. Diggs is survived by Miss Dora Diggs, of Norfolk; Lewis B. Diggs, also of that 
city; Mrs. R. H. Howard and George O. Diggs, of this city, the latter a half-
brother.
