Mrs. Emma Diggs, 59, of 1810 O’Keefe Street, who died Tuesday, Dec. 13, at St.
Vincent’s Hospital, mother of the Rev. George T. Diggs, was a native of Isle of
Wight County, but had lived here for the past 16 years. Funeral services were
conducted from Queen Street Baptist Church, Thursday, with the Rev. P. P. Eaton
officiating.
