Mrs. Mary J. Diggs

The funeral of Mrs. Mary J. Diggs, 57, of 720 Burrus street, who died at her 
residence on December 19, was held at Hale’s Chapel on December 27 with the Rev. 
V. D. Newsome officiating. A resident of this section for 35 years, she is 
survived by three brothers, four sisters, one son, two grandchildren, and other 
relatives. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
