J. H. Billups officiating. Remarks were made by the Revs. Harvey N. Johnson, former pastor and the pastor, the Rev. H. T. Myers. Solos were sung by Miss Hilda Brown and Charlie Joynes. The deceased, who had been ill for several years, was a former employee of the Norfolk and Western Railway and had been retired for some time after serving 35 years with the company. Surviving him are his widow, Mrs. Adie Dinkins; three daughters, Misses Helen, Maria and Wilhemenia; three sons, Albert, Everett and John. Also four sisters, Mesdames R. H. Hayes, Nannie Wingfield, Jennie Gayle and Lillie Jennings; three brothers, Messrs. Richard, John and Everett Dinkins.
