Norfolk Ledger Dispatch February 15, 1939  Rewrite

Virginia Kemp Raby Disharoon, aged 57, died at St. Vincent's Hospital yesterday 
morning.   She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward Raby of 
Nansemond County and wife of Harry S. Disharoon.  In addition to her husband she 
is survived by one daughter, Miss Edith M. Disharoon, of Berkley; three sons, 
H.H. Disharoon, of Alderson, W. Va.; John C. and Roy L. Disharoon of Berkley; 
two sisters, Mrs. Willis H. Bell, of Berkley and Mrs. Annie Palmer, of 
California; and one brother, Benjamin F. Raby, of Berkley.  
Mrs. Disharoon was a member of the Daughters of America and the Memorial 
Methodist Church.
The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Sykes Funeral 
Home and burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
