Virginian-Pilot June 15, 1936
DIXON, MATTIE VIRGINIA — At a local hospital, Saturday morning, June 13, 1936, at 
9:45 o'clock, MATTIE VIRGINIA DIXON, widow of George S. Dixon, and daughter of the 
late David and Virginia Collins Matthias, in the 69th year of her age.
Funeral services will be conducted at the residence of her son Marshall B. Holt, 
149 Ocean Avenue, Monday afternoon June 15, 1936, at 3 o'clock. Friends of the 
family invited at attend. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
