Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - July 7, 1992 
Billy Lee Dixon, 32, of the 3100 block of E. Ocean View Ave., died July 2, 
1992, in Isle of Wight County. 
Mr. Dixon was born in Norfolk. 
Survivors include his father, David W. Dixon Sr. of Norfolk; four sisters, 
Frances Pearce and Barbara Dixon, both of Norfolk, Ruby Frickie of Oregon and 
Pauline Dixon of Virginia Beach; and three brothers, David Dixon Jr. and Randy 
W. Dixon, both of Norfolk, and Johnnie R. Dixon of Portsmouth. 
The graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Magnolia 
Cemetery by the Rev. Paul D. Moore. Friends may join the family from 7 to 9 
p.m. today in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel.
