NORFOLK - Janet Hasler Dodson, 83, passed away June 30, 2010, at Harbor's Edge. 
Born in Norfolk, she was the daughter of the late Florence Ferebee Hasler and A. 
Richard Hasler.
Janet is survived by her husband, Wilson B. Dodson II; her daughter, Lee H. 
Dodson; son and daughter-in-law, Wilson B. Dodson III and Ann S. Dodson of 
Norfolk; and granddaughters, Jessica Ann Dodson of Alexandria, Va., and 
Katherine Berry Dodson of Charleston, S.C. She was predeceased by her twin 
brother, A. Richard Hasler Jr.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 10, at Elmwood 
Cemetery on Princess Anne Road in Norfolk with the Rev. John D. Rohrs 
officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made 
to the Hasler Family Scholarships at Virginia Wesleyan College, 1584 Wesleyan 
Drive, Norfolk, VA 23502. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, is handling 
arrangements.
