April 9, 2025 Juanito Dominisac, “Johnny” as he was known, died peacefully in his home April 6, 2025, at the age of 90. He retired from both the military and civil service; he was honored to call himself a Veteran of the Vietnam War and would wear his hat proudly. He spent his retirement years hanging out with family and friends, cooking, fishing and taking trips to the casino. Juanito is survived by his sons Danny Dominisac (Sarah) and James Dominisac (Liberty), many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. His simple spirit will live on in those he left behind. A visitation will be held at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, (1501 Colonial Ave. Norfolk, VA) on Friday, April 11, 2025, from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. A graveside service will take place at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery (3000 Church St, Norfolk, VA) on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 2:30 pm.
