DONNELL - At Norfolk Protestant Hospital, Monday, July 31, 1911, at 8 o'clock 
p.m., JANET MORRISON, youngest daughter of Mary Lamb and the late John Donnell 
and granddaughter of the late William W. Lamb.
Funeral services at St. Paul's P.E. Church WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON at 5:30 o'clock.

Miss Janet Morrison Donnell, who was under training as a professional nurse at 
the Norfolk Protestant hospital died at that institution Monday evening after a 
brief illness.  The deceased was a lady of many endearing qualities and was the 
daughter of Mrs. Mary Lamb and the late John Donnell, a granddaughter of the 
late Hon. Wm. W. Lamb, of Norfolk and a niece of the late Col. Wm. Lamb, of this 
city.  She is survived by her mother and a sister, Mrs. D.P. Wright.  The 
funeral will be held from St. Paul's Episcopal Church, of which she was a 
communicant, at 5:30 o'clock this afternoon.

The funeral of Miss Janet Wilson Donnell, daughter of Mrs. Mary Lamb Donnell and 
niece of the late Col. William Lamb, of Norfolk, was held from St. Paul's 
Episcopal Church at 5:30 o'clock yesterday and was largely attended.  
The services were conducted by Rev. B.D. Tucker, D.D., coadjutor bishop of the 
Protestant Episcopal diocese of southern Virginia.
The casket was covered with flowers.  Following were the pallbearers:  Dr. 
Burley Lankford, Dr. E.T. Hargrave, Dr. R.S. Spilman, Dr. M.T. Doyle, Dr. J.W. 
Winston, Dr. W.T. Smith, Dr. R.U. Burgess and Dr. H.S. Baker.
