Norfolk Ledger Dispatch January 26, 1914

Mrs. Bridget Donohue, widow of Patrick Donohue, died at the residence, 931 
Virginia Street, yesterday morning at 9:15 o'clock, aged 70 years. She was a 
native of Ireland and was a resident of Norfolk for fifty years, being a well 
known and very highly esteemed lady. She had many warm friends. She is survived 
by two daughters, Mrs. William Wilbon and Mrs. George Dorr, both of Norfolk and 
four grandchildren. The funeral will be held from St. Mary's Catholic Church 
tomorrow at 10 a.m. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.

DONOHUE — At the residence No. 931 Virginia street, Sunday, January 25, 1914, at 
9:15 o’clock a.m., BRIDGET DONOHUE, widow of Patrick Donohue, in the 71st year 
of her age.
Funeral services at St. Mary’s Catholic church TUESDAY MORNING at 10 o’clock. 
Friends of the family are invited to attend.
