Mrs. Mary Nagel Donovan, aged 80, widow of Daniel J. Donovan, died at 3:30 o’clock 
yesterday morning at her residence, 312 Chapel street. She was a native of 
Richmond and had been a well known resident of Norfolk for 70 years. Surviving her 
are two sons, Richard P. and Louis J. Donovan, and a number of nieces and nephews. 
The body will be taken from H. D. Oliver’s Funeral Apartments, 610-12 East 
Freemason street, to St. Mary’s Catholic Church for services tomorrow morning at 
10 o’clock. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
