Virginian-Pilot  May 18, 1914
The funeral of Mrs. Bridget Doran was held from St. Mary’s Catholic church 
yesterday afternoon at 3 o’clock. The services were conducted by Rev. J. F. 
Wareing. Interment was in St. Mary's cemetery. Mrs. James Hughes sang "Abide With 
Me," and a tribute was paid Mrs. Doran by Father Doherty. The pallbearers were 
Captain J. J. Burroughs, James V. Trehy, Captain E. H. Cunningham, James A. Kerr. 
A. J. Smith, J. E. Prince, M. T. Friary and T. S. Fitzgibbons.
