George Washington Dorr — Funeral services for Mr. Dorr, who died Monday at a local 
hospital, were held at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 
with the Rev. E. C. Kiefer officiating. The Rev. P. C. Blackburn was present in 
the sanctuary. Several selections were rendered during the service by the choir of 
St. Mary’s Academy, with Mrs. Joseph Lex as organist. Burial was in St. Mary’s 
Cemetery. Pallbearers were Francis Biser, Michael Walsh, Henry Garris, John 
Larkin, Lee F. Lawler and John E. Milan.
