Norfolk Ledger Dispatch May 5 1924

Mrs. Lucille Stransbury Dorrill, wife of C.A. Dorrill, died Saturday night at 
10:05 o'clock at a local hospital, at the age of 39 years. She was a native of 
New Bern, N.C. and had been a resident of Norfolk for the last two years. 
Services will be held at H.D. Oliver's Funeral Apartments, 616 East Freemason 
Street, tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock. Interment will be in St. Mary's 
Cemetery.

Lucille Stransbury Dorrill — Funeral services for Mrs. Dorrill were conducted 
yesterday morning at 10 o’clock at the funeral apartments of H. D. Oliver, 610-
12 East Freemason street, by the Rev. A. J. Taylor of St. Mary's Catholic 
Church. 
Pallbearers were R. E. Jobson, James Madden, D. Nerno, J. M. Padgett, J. W. 
Dorrill and N. R. Frischkorn. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery.
