Norfolk Ledger-Dispatch April 10, 1908
The remains of Robert A. Doss, who died on April 1, in Tucson, Ariz., where he had 
gone for his health, arrived here yesterday and the funeral occurs at 3 p.m. today 
from Smith's funeral apartments, No. 179 Bank street, Rev. G. W. Cox, of the 
Lambert's Point Baptist Church, and Rev. Q. C. Davis, of the South Norfolk Baptist 
Church, officiating. Delegations of Odd Fellows and Eagles, of which orders he was 
a member, will attend. Interment in Elmwood. The deceased was 33 years of age and 
leaves a widow and child.
