Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark February 24, 1912

Mrs. Henrietta Doughtie died early yesterday morning at the family 
residence, 163 Liberty Street, South Norfolk, after an illness of several 
weeks.  She was a native of North Carolina, and was 58 years old.  She is 
survived by a husband, J.L. Doughtie, and several children.  She was well 
known and respected.
The funeral will be conducted from the above residence this afternoon at 3 
o'clock.  Rev. R.B. Scott, pastor of the Liberty Street Methodist Church, 
will officiate and the interment will be in Magnolia Cemetery.

The funeral of Mrs. Henrietta Doughtie was conducted from the family 
residence, 163 Liberty Street, South Norfolk, yesterday afternoon at 3 
o'clock.   Rev. R.B. Scott, pastor of Liberty Street M.E. Church officiated 
and the remains were laid to rest in Magnolia Cemetery.
