Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Tuesday, August 15, 1995 
Matt Fenner Douglas, 72, of the 900 block of Wolcott Ave., died Aug. 13, 1995,
in his home.

Mr. Douglas, a retired equipment foreman, worked for Naval Air Rework Facilities
for 39 years. He was born in Garysbury, N.C.

Survivors include his wife, Hermaener Armond Douglas of Norfolk; two daughters,
Denise Vallery of Virginia Beach, and Raye Epps of Baltimore, Md.; one son, Dale
Douglas of Portsmouth; and four grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Hale Funeral Home Chapel. Burial
will be in Calvary Cemetery , Norfolk. Family and friends will assemble at the
home at 10 a.m. Wednesday for the funeral processional to the chapel.
