Doumar, 88, of the 300 block of 39th St., died Jan. 4, 1997, in a local hospital. Mrs. Doumar, a native of Summit, N.J., was the widow of John Doumar. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Norfolk. An accomplished florist, Mrs. Doumar received many blue ribbon awards for her work in the Riverview Garden Club. She also spent much of her time as a volunteer at DePaul Hospital and the Christ Church Infant Home. Survivors include her sister, Mrs. Lillie Moravitz and her husband Ted of Elly, Minn., and many nieces and nephews. A Mass of the Resurrection will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church by Father Julian B. Goodman. Burial will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery. H.D.
