VIRGINIA BEACH - Toufic Habib Doummar, of (illegible) Quail Point Road, a retired 
merchant, died Tuesday in a hospital.

A native of Damascus, Syria, he was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 
Norfolk.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Claire Berny of Virginia Beach; and three sons, 
Habib Doumar and Maurice Doumar of Virginia Beach, and Henry Doumar of Lake Worth, 
Fla.

A funeral service will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church 
by the Rev. Raymond Barton.  Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Norfolk, with 
H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, in charge.  The family, which is at his 
home, asks that flowers be omitted and contributions made to a charity or Holmes 
Convalescent Center, Virginia Beach.
