Virginian Pilot June 11, 1911

Lillian Dowdy, the 2-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T.C. Dowdy, died 
yesterday evening at 7 o'clock after a brief illness from typhoid fever.  The 
funeral will be announced later.

The funeral of Lillian Dowdy, the two-year-old daughter of T.C. Dowdy, who died 
at the family residence, Rosemont, Saturday evening, will be conducted from the 
residence this afternoon at 4 o'clock and the interment will be in Magnolia 
Cemetery.  Rev. W.A. Smith, pastor of the Berkley avenue Baptist Church, will 
officiate.
