Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - June 18, 1991
Ernest "Lil Buddy" Downing of the 800 block of Virginia Beach Blvd., a former 
laborer, died June 15, 1991, in a hospital.
Mr. Downing, a Norfolk native, had been formerly employed with the City of 
Norfolk for three years.
He is survived by cousins.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Graves Funeral Home by 
the Rev. Leander Wilson. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery. The family will 
assemble at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home.
