Edward F. Doyle Fatally Stricken By Heart Attack

Edward FitzGerald Doyle, widely known Norfolk resident, died of a heart attack 
yesterday morning at 10:40 o'clock at his residence, 5 Clarendon Apartments, 627 
West Olney road.  He was 52 years old.
Mr. Doyle was stricken earlier in the morning, and his death followed swiftly.  
News of his death came as a shock to his many friends.
A native and lifelong resident of Norfolk, Mr. Doyle was in recent years sales 
manager for Hearst Heating Engineers, Inc.
Mr. Doyle was a son of the late Walter H. and Mrs. Virginia Camp Doyle.  
Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Joseph V. Bidgood, of Norfolk and two brothers, 
Walter H. Doyle, of Virginia Beach and John E. Doyle, of Washington.
Funeral services will be conducted at the residence tomorrow at noon.  The Rev. 
W. Taylor Willis, rector of Christ and St. Luke's Church, will officiate.  
Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery
